Cornerstone General Contracting and Construction has built; Spec., Commercial and Custom facilities.   Of the many subcontractors, Cornerstone General Contracting and Construction has dealt with over the past nine years; a select few have met and/or exceeded all expectations.  Those that did not perform to the high standards set before them were quickly culled. Only these companies make up an elite and talented group that can get the job done, done right, seamlessly, in budget and on schedule. References are available on any and all prior work. Cornerstone General Contracting and Construction is owned and managed by a woman. It has grown from the humble beginning of subdividing and then builds, entailing the entire gamut of structures from commercial to modest homes. Margie has received her commercial license from the State of Oregon Contractors Board . She has received her Certification from the State of Oregon Office of Minority Women in Small Business. She is certified as (WBE) Women Business Enterprise and (DBE) Disadvantage Business Enterprise.  Margie is a member of Certainteed and is the Preferred Builder by Certainteed products here in Lane County .  She is certified with “The Professional Warranty Service Program” to receive benefits for the homes she has built and will build.  Which enables her to give the 10 year Warranty on all her homes. Cornerstone General Contracting and Construction has an excellent rapport with all local suppliers, utility entities and permitting agencies. In most cases, the primary permit decision maker is on a first name basis.  Make the calls.
